Processing Time for Orders

We strive to dispatch your order within 2 business days from the time it is received. Please note that we process orders on working days, and any orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on the following Monday.

However, during instances of store-wide discounts or new season launches, our processing times may extend, resulting in a delay of 5 to 7 business days. Such occurrences typically happen once a month during new launches. We greatly appreciate your patience as our team works diligently to expedite order dispatch. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be held accountable for undelivered orders resulting from incorrect delivery details.

Duty Taxes and Customs Fees - Important Information for Canadian Customers

Failure to collect your parcel due to a refusal to pay these fees, or if the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information or non-collection from the depot, will result in a refund of your original order amount minus $40 USD.
